My name is Tyra O'Bryant and I live in Rice Valley. I was on my way home and seen this terrible car wreck on I-5 near exit 146 southbound. I pulled over to get this photo and watched them remove the man inside and put him into ambulance. He looked to be alive but hurt bad. The car was completely upside down in the middle of the highway. I am not sure if there was another car involved.
