Baking cookies in car

So HOT that you can bake cookies...

It was so hot in Parsons, KS today that we baked cookies in our car in the Parking Lot of a local manufacturing plant...
Mini vans are not just for sporting around children anymore... Lauren Doughty had this idea come to her and put that plan into action today at Grandview Products in Parsons, KS... She started baking them at around 9am this morning and by noon the pan was so hot you had to use oven mitts to remove the pan from the Dashboard. Cookies were done and ready to eat by 2pm.
