I figured the taxpayers of the Village of Bethlehem would love to know how their tax dollars are being spent. The Village taxes are being spent for overtime because of the snow that has fallen. The funny thing is they are paying overtime for the Village workers to plow the Mayors personl business on National Road in Wheeling. When did National Road in Wheeling become part of the Village of Bethlehem? On Feb. 6th 2010 at 8:00pm the village of Bethlehem employees were spotted at the Spic and Span on National Road in Wheeling. They were spotted plowing the parking lot of this business. I am not sure if it is just a coincidence that the Mayor of Bethlehem is the owner of Spic and Span. Just seems a little fishy to me.
