Wheeling Park High School students have helped with Oglebay Park's Festival of Lights since it began in 1985.

It's that time of year and once again Wheeling Park High School is teaming with Oglebay Park for this great winter tradition. Patriot Connection reporter, Jake Flatley explains. Wheeling Park junior Geoff Lucas is the videographer for this story.
