Wahama Band Places 1st at James Monroe

Wahama Band competed this past Saturday at James Monroe and had a very successful day. The White Falcons took home 1st place in Band, Flags, Percussion, Field Commander. Katie Hendricks, field commander took 1st place overall of the day. Both the flags and percussion took 2nd overall just behind Cabell Midland. Great Job Wahama

There is nothing better than a military marching band. Wahama is only one of two military marching bands in West Virginia. We are very proud of them. Congratulations on your first place band in class. Keep up the great job!
