City Leaf Removal

At 7am Sunday morning, I heard something that woke me up. Turns out it was the city removing leaves. The leaf brush truck was on people's front lawns, the brush rubbed the grass right off the terraces on several yards, and the driver was driving backwards about 40 mph with people in the street and other cars.
One neighbor thought they were drunk or hungover. This was on Pawling St on November 8, 2009.
