August 14th and 15th mark the mad dash to get out of one apartment, spend the night God knows where, and then move all your stuff into your next apartment in the downtown/campus area.
Traffic downtown was made slow by big Uhauls illegally parked in the main thoroughfare.
The one consolation: A bunch of free junk on every street corner.
