Saturday, April 4 starting at noon, the public is invited to attend the 2009 Science Expeditions. As part of the event that includes more than 40 hands-on science exhibits for the whole family, is the tropical butterfly display. The butterflies are there as part of the centennial celebration for the Department of Entomology.

You'll find the butterflies in the DC Smith Greenhouse one of several venues split between the new Microbial Sciences Building, the Stock Pavilion and Biochemistry all located on the UW campus at the intersection of Babcock Drive and Linden Ave.
