    Weather Torndao Shenandoah Page County

In our quaint little subdivision, River Hills, in Shenandoah VA mother nature shook things up Wednesday evening. It all started with winds and rain, it was a whiteout, horizontal rain then the torndao warning for Shenandoah came out and with our home having no basement we took cover in our bathroom with our cat. Finally afte rthe house sounded like it was coming apart the tornado warning was called off and we went out to inspect the damage. We found trees down in the road, all over our yard, trees not only down but uprooted, our neighbors trampoline was in our yard. Thankfully us, our animals, our house and our cars our okay and our yard is all that is wrecked. We can be thankful for our lives as we pick up the pieces from this extremely rare occurence in Shenandoah VA!
