The 2008 West Virginia BMX State Championships will be held Sept. 13th at the Poor Farm BMX race track in Fairmont, WV. The race will begin at 3:00 p.m. with registration and practice starting around noon. BMX had its debut this year in the Beijing Olympics and is a fast paced, action pacted, family sport. If you like riding your bike you wont wana miss this event. The championship is for qualified riders only but a HOW-TO CLINIC will be held after the race and is open to anyone who would like to try BMX.
