This was some flash flooding that occurred just down the street from my home. This stream is from a spring up top of a mountain not too far away and it takes a lot of heavy, consistent rain for it to raise up this high. During the storm the water level was probably much higher. This video was shot approximately 30 minutes after the storm had passed.
