My employees and I got breakfast from Hardees on January 13th and when I started eating my sandwich it wasnt right. When I lifted the bun it was raw all the way through. I immediatley called this location and the manager was not empathetic at all and gave me the number to the corporate office. I contacted the corporate office they said that they would investigate it, they got all of my information, and are supposed to contact me back. They informed me that they would refund my money. After I spoke with the corporate office I began getting sick on my stomach. I am not sure if it is because of the actual food or the thought of it but something needs to be said or done instead of just acting like I was given the wrong sandwich. This makes us all weary of the food we have been getting there. One of my employees has some very disturbing pictures of the food on her camera and we will be more than happy to share them.

I'd call the health inspectors office.
I would call the health dept too and let them have that sandwich as eviudence
Defiantly call the health department. Considering the diseases that can harbor in raw meats, someone could get seriously ill if it goes unchecked.
Seems like there are fast food places that are not taking pride in themselves anymore. On a very recent visit to BK on Main St in Salem, we were able to see the floor in the kitchen area, there was a lot of trash and food just laying there.
If it tasted funny and was raw...why does it look like he ate half the sandwich?

This is where community journalism gets dangerous. I don't eat at Hardee's (nor do I care to) but the accused has the right to tell their side of the story. Journalism (even community) should always be objective. WDBJ, you should know better.
Not only at Hardies But also in a higher rated and higher priced place like Applebees. I also contacted the place three times no help so I contacted the Health Department

I went to hardees to get a lil thickburger and only received the bun with no meat it. Only to notice this when I got in my car to. I returned to bun and wanted a refund. I was very unhappy. TOOOOO many young people working there with no respect!!

Not sure why anyone would eat at Hardee's anyway. They have been bad for many years. Just look at their lame commercials, the announcers attitude pretty much sums it up.
i worked at Harddes and if people could see what goes on behind the counter they would not eat there either.
I am a chef at VWCC in roanoke and I am going to be honest with you, the reason you got sick is because of the sandwhich. You are very lucky that you and your employee did not get food poisoning. You could file a law suit if you were to get worse.
Sure it stinks that you got a bad sandwich.Do you really think this particular restaraunt is any different than the countless others. Be careful as slander is becoming a hot topic.Look at the law suit regarding Flickr posts about a landlord.

I was actually planning on eating there today but after seeing this I don't think so. You said you had other pictures if you would not mind i would like to see them.
