Final Audition for Circle of Lights 2009

Over 100 acts gave their best performances in hopes of being chosen by the judges for the Circle of Lights. More that 140 acts auditioned over two days. The Circle of Lights is presented by the contractors of Quality Connection and the electrical workers of IBEW 481 on November 27th on Monument Circle in downtown Indianapolis.

How come the IBEW 481 hasn't converted the circle of lights bulbs to energy efficient lighting. Its wasteful, and environmentally irresponsible. A google search can turn up local businesses, including the one I work for that provide LED bulbs...
