Good Morning, I need your help, My name is Roger Hayward, Owner of buyingreos.com. I have been investing in the Gary Indiana area for nearly a year now and have a model that is working. I am putting folks back into distressed properties throughout Lake County. I am planning my second trip to the area the week of 9/14/09 to assemble my ground crew there and kick it up a notch by providing local employment to local qualified folks in the area, contractors, professionals etc., in an attempt to help stabilize these distressed areas. My plans as of now are to lodge at the Radisson in Merrillville IN and invite folks who are interested in working or owning a home to attend a "town hall" style meeting on Saturday Sept 19th @ 11am. We are also selecting media outlets to attend as space will be limited. I do not make a lot of money doing what I do, but I do make a living and want to help other folks do the same, as well as realize the dream of homeownership that the bank cannot take back. Any help you can provide in getting the word out would be much appreciated.
