HENDERSON, KY - No one was laughing inside Chuckles on the Henderson strip Thursday morning. The gas price sign outside read $7.91, although a gallon of unleaded was only $1.91.

Someone working in the store told us that the sign malfunctions when it rains hard. They said water gets inside and messes it up. The owners said the other side used to do that before it was fixed, but now this side is broken.
