"Todd Storm" was adopted from a foster home after being left homeless and family-less after the May 8, 2004 tornado in Moore. Despite this experience, Todd Storm is always brave fearless during Oklahoma's mighty thunder storms. However, his FAVORITE storms are of the snow and ice variety!!! He is in heaven when his long legs are running through the snow.
