Local Son Promoted to Commander in VA

Martin F. Arriola of Agat, Guam, son of Teresita A. Reyes & Frankie C. Reyes of Agat, (Okinawa) & the late Antonio C. Rivera, was promoted to Commander in Norfolk, VA. His wife LT. DR. Christine Weiner Arriola administered his promotion oath via sattelite, who is currently deployed in the Middle East. His children Martin Jr. and Maria were present during the promotion to pin their father.
