The Aldan sisters, formerly from Tamuning, gathered in Long Island, NY, at a wedding for Annie Aldan Gagne's son, Jeremy.

Jeremy and his wife, Simone, had only a civil wedding 3 years ago and always dreamed of having a beach wedding with all their family and friends. This finally happened on June 28, 2008.

The Aldan sisters all arrived in Long Island from Las Vegas, NV (Fay and Juanita), Phoenix, AZ (Maxine and Connie), Derby, KS (Vicky), and Washington, DC (Annie).

The day was beautiful with blue skies and a warm sun. It truly felt like we were at Ipao beach, minus the coconut trees. Annie and her sisters cooked all the food, Chamorro style, except no roasted pig.

It was a joyous day. Everyone was happy and Simone's family's side were impressed with the island style wedding.

We may not be in Guam, but we still have Guam in our hearts!
