The harvest moon was taken Tues Nov 3 just after moonrise in Avant,OK The Country road was taken just outside Skiatook, OK The Snapping turtle was taken Nov 1 on my ranch near Avant He had crawled out of the pond and was on his way to estivate for the winter. He was very fat!! He was about 16 " long (the shell) and weighed about ten lbs.His claws were about an inch long.

Really nice shot of the moon! Isn't she a beauty? I was out photographing the moon that night too. Great minds think alike. :)
