Little Tornado?

Spotted north of Morris and only lasted about 5 minutes. Not as much detail in the image as I would have liked. It had a definite spiral shape. Shortly after it faded, the breeze went from non-existent to very windy and the back to calm. Thought you might be interested. So, is it a little 'nado?
