I took this back in October after my daughter moved into her new house. We were clearing away some brush from the back yard when we found this mother Wolf spider and her egg sack. Since wolf spiders don't make a web, they carry their egg sack around with them until the babies hatch. Then she carries the babies around on her back. We found an old tree stump to put her in.
