2009 is going to be a lot of fun if you play or want to play the guitar. The Grant Golf & Guitar Studio of Tulsa, OK has introduced an annual plan for guitar instruction, student jam nights, and songwriting workshops.
They have become the hot spot for youth and adult guitar instruction. Offering beginners an instructor approved acoustic guitar and 4 private lessons for under $100.
The annual plan takes care of your entire year of guitar lessons for $299.00 (Owner Kevin Edwards says this is 1/3 the cost of traditional weekly lessons).
In addition to the private guitar lessons students get to come to open jam sessions 5 days a week (year round) to ask questions of instructors and meet other student guitar players to practice playing live music.
Everymonth there will also be a songwriters workshop for those wanting to learn how to write their own songs.

How cool is this... I checked into this annual plan for guitar lessons in Tulsa, OK and it makes the most sense of anything out there. I like that it combines private guitar lessons with group activities.
