This happened on July 10th, Thursday afternoon around 11am - 12pm. I've lived here for several years, and the water has never been this high. My neighbor who has lived next door for 25 years said she's only seen it this high once.
This is on the corner of 4th and State in Tahlequah. Where's a flash flood warning when you need one!
