I had tried several times to get some pictures of my Straight Egyptian Arabian horses, but due to all the severe weather and rain that has been virtually impossible. I took advantage of the fact that my teenage daughter had just ended her school year to try and we FINALLY had a break in the rain to get those pictures
My teenage daughter has been around the Eqyptians since she was 5 years old. For the last few years, her attention has turned to the opposite sex and she let her passion for the Arabians lapse. I was pleasantly suprised when I asked her to help me get pictures of the horses. We tied a pallet to the back of the lawn tractor because the ground was still wet and I drug her and the camera out to the pasture. I was able to rekindle her love and got the pictures shown.
The two horses pictured are LA Shadeuxfox, the dark bay, is a 6 year old purebred gelding and EA El Bahnasa, the grey, is a 7 year old stallion. For more information on Arabians including the history of the breed, please visit the Arabian Horse Association at www.arabianhorses.org.
