Columbia Parks and Recreation employee Steve Schluckebier gets tiered of waiting in standstill traffic on Providence. He grabs 7 shovels from the back of the truck and proceeds 60 cars up Providence Rd. Other motorists join in and one by one each car is shoveled out and pushed up the hill to get the traffic moving from the 2 1/2hr jam.
