Noticed this cloud south of Grand Glaze about 8:30 PM. The sky was mostly clear of clouds and the wind was minimal. We had no rain that day. So even though it looks like an anvil cloud to me, no bad weather was in the area. My guess is that higher winds aloft "pushed the top off".
I would like to know more about the cloud and what was happening.
