Local GWRRA Chapter Picks up Trash

The local Gold Wing Road Riders Association (GWRRA) Chapter W met at the Conley Road Wal-Mart this past Saturday morning to pick up trash along Highway 63 South and Conley Road. Dave and Marilyn Albin, Chapter Directors, said "This is an activity we have done for the past seven or eight years. We adopted this section of road while Leroy Anthony was Chapter Director. We had a great turnout of 18 members Saturday. We planned to pick up trash with the Clean-up Columbia campaign a week ago but we rescheduled because of the rain. We all love riding Missouri's highways on our motorcycles enjoying the scenery and we are glad to do our small part to help to keep our State clean."
