An all-day retreat for scrapbooking and cardmaking!

Table Scraps is the first ever scrapbooking event to benefit The Food Bank for Central & Northeast Missouri's Buddy Pack program. Anyone from the casual scrap booker to the scrapbooking fanatic is invited to this day of cropping, socializing, and learning from one of the industry’s foremost authorities on paper crafting, founding editor of Creating Keepsakes magazine, Lisa Bearnson (see her biography below).
The retreat includes:
•A full day away from responsibilities with plenty of time and space to crop
•Classes for learning new techniques
•Contests, games, & prizes
•Access to supplies & equipment from the area’s top vendors

About Lisa Bearnson
Lisa Bearnson is the founder of Creating Keepsakes scrapbook magazine as well as the author of ten books. She appeared on the QVC show “Creating Keepsakes Scrapbooking” and has appeared throughout the country on television and radio shows, as well as in the nation’s top newspapers, helping scrapbook enthusiasts learn how to take better photographs and create wonderful family memories. She regularly teaches scrapbooking seminars around the world. Lisa has been featured in People Magazine and has also appeared on “The Oprah Winfrey Show,” “Weekend Today,” “Home Matters,” and “American Baby Show.” She was a Utah state finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 1998. Prior to founding Creating Keepsakes, Lisa served for seven years as the editor-in-chief of WordPerfect Magazine. She lives in Highland, Utah, is married to Steve Bearnson and is the mother of four terrific kids.
