Heart of Missouri Girls on the Run is a non-profit targeting girls in grades 3-5. The program aims to empower girls to be true to themselves and recognize they are wonderful just as they are. After participating in the 10 week program, the girls run a 5k. Our inaugural 5k is open to the public and will be held November 19 at 8:00 am at Stephens Lake Park.
