This is Pepper. We found her wondering on a highway last year with long dreadlocks and full of ticks. We got her groomed and cleaned up and also found out she was pregnant. After we found homes for all her pups she gave us a smile of relief when I took her picture! She is the most greatful and happy puppy I have ever had. She is very thankful we saved her and her puppies lives! We call her Pep for short since she is so peppy and happy!
