Chris Krupar, a local country singer/musician will represent New Mexico in the Southwest Regional level of the 28th annual Colgate Country Showdown. The Showdown is the largest country music talent competition in the US.
Back in august he competed and won a local level and then went on to win the New Mexico State level. The Southwest Regional Showdown will be on November 28th. The event will be held here in NM at Sky City Casino – Acoma Pueblo. If I win at this level, I will be sent (all expenses paid) to Nashville to compete in the televised national finals for the prize of $100K.
This event at Sky City is free to the public. The competition will include winners from several other states and should be a very exciting and enjoyable show. If you are looking for something exciting to do over Thanks Giving weekend, please come out to support Chris.
