After loosing my 16 year old, 4 legged calico child with fur in September I could barely pull myself out of bed and nothing interested me. I'd lost my best friend Callie Anne cat and now there was such a gapping hole in my heart and my life I felt the light she'd shined in my world had burned out for good. One month almost to the day of loosing her I'd had a dream of a "funny looking" cat at a shelter with a name tag "crazy quilt". The next day I wandered over to Coronado Mall and popped into LuckyPaws to look at fur children. OMG!!! Here was the cat in my dream and after a visit I adopted her. She'd been in protective custody and her file noted that what little ear tissue she had was now scars. Her shelter name was Jenny and I'd decided to name her Kallie Flower. After I got her home she acted as if she'd been here before and immediately found the litter box and "broke it in". It's as if my Callie never left me and new Kallie is so like her in everyway it's spooky and it's as if Callie left on cat business for a month then returned in a younger calico body....not quit 9 lives used? I now know the name tag "crazy quilt" was the description of her patch fur coat!! We were brought together that morning not by coincidence but a higher power watching out for me.... I'll always be grateful for.

Yes, my sister was beside her self after losing Callie Annie, but she found Kallie and soon after added another Calico Cat named Winnie Junebug. Now the happy family are playing together and Callie is watching them. The spark as returned to my sister
