While at Cochiti Lake - Tetilla side, I witnessed this large chopper practicing taking on, looping the lake, then discharging the water for about 1 hour 15 minutes. At times the wheels actually touched the water - impressive piloting, as the wind was SSE 15-20 mph. Tuesday, 5/28/08. 12:20 PM.
