My mom Kim is the best person I know. She is going to be 50 this year on September 12th. She is a very strong woman. She raised me and my older sister Crystal by herself. I can remember her working four jobs at one point just to makes ends meet. She always made sure we had everything that we needed. She was young when she got pregnant with me and already having a hard time financially raisng my sister so she decided to give me up for adoption. The day she had me none of the family even came to the hospital they were too upset in her decision. She only wanted the best for me.Even the doctors and nurses were very rude to her. One of the nurses told my mom she couldnt even hold me,and finally a doctor brought me to her. She says the second she looked into my eyes she knew she couldnt go through with it. She knew it would be hard but she didnt care, she says i smiled and squeezed her hand and she cried, then telling the nurse she was going to keep me! She always put herself second to us girls.
Nine years ago when I was 17,I became pregnant,My mom was very supportive, although upset at first she helped me through it all. wich now I will be 27 soon, I am still with the same man which Im married to and have 4 children total. My Mom is a great grandmother. My kids adore her. She always takes time to do little things to make them smile. My sister has four children as well, making it 8 grandkids total. After years of putting herself last to us, she gained alot of weight,at one point being almost 300 lbs. She has since lost all of the excess weight now weighing about 150 lbs.!!! She has kept the weight off for about 4 years now!!! I think with her 50th right around the corner and with her new body she would love to have a new look. She always has put others first and now I think its time for her to be first. She is a loving caring strong headed woman who is the best mom I could ever ask for. She is always there when I need her and always has been. TImes are hard right now with four little ones so I wont beable to do much ,if anything for her for Mothers day,I think thiswould be a great way to let her know how much everything she has done has made me the great woman and mother I am today. I just want to thank in her and let her know how much she is appreciated and loved!
