KOAM-KFJX IT Director Alan Bybee took these photos Tuesday June 9 at around 3:30 p.m. as he was going home for the day, trying to beat the storms.

These photos were taken about 1/2 a mile from the KOAM-KFJX studio.

"It almost looked like something was forming but it apparently broke up."
