Was out walking my dog, there was lots of thunder and some lightening, not to bad yet. Took Gizzy in to get the other 2 dogs to walk, when we were on the porch waiting for the rain to let up the big tree just snap and flew about 15-20 feet. The sliding door on our shop flipped up and landed on top of the shop. numerous trees, branches, shingles were down. We even found part of the sign from my brother's church, which is over 1 1/2 miles from our house , in our front yard. Praise God no one was injured.

A great article. Seems like us folks in small towns are insignificant if the town isn't wiped of the face of the earth. Or someone killed. Need to see what these storms do everywhere, not just major ones.
