INGREDIENTS
1 white cake mix
1/3 c. oil
2 eggs
1/2 c. water
1 21 oz. can blackberry pie filling
DIRECTIONS
Mix dry cake mix, oil, eggs and water.
Pour into greased 9x13 cake pan.
Spoon on pie filling, using spatula or butter knife, marble pie filling thru cake.
Bake 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
Glaze:
1 tbsp. melted margarine
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Enough HOT water to make glaze smooth.
Drizzle glaze over warm cake.
Can also use strawberry, apple, blueberry or cherry pie filling.
If using apple, cut apple slices into 3 pieces each.
