"My family was returning home from Vinita this evening during the tornado warnings. I took this picture from our vehicle on I-44 between Rangeline and 249 highway looking to the south. This was when the radio was telling us there was a tornado on the ground near Neosho. We believe the large white 'cloud' we see in the middle of this picture is the tornado."
