With the unusual October snowy weather in Nebraska, my children wanted to be something "cool" for Halloween so they wouldn't "melt" in the snow. The 5 year old had his heart set on being ice cream cones, thus the vanilla sprinkle, chocolate sprinkle, twist sprinkle, and dip cones were born!
