What a gorgeous day for the record 80,000+ at memorial stadium. With temps in the upper 60’s fan were entertained the first showing of what the Nebraska Cornhuskers has to offer for next season. Even knowing everything was very basic as far as play calling and mistakes were made, there were signs of much improvement in the defensive black shirts. The offense, with Joe Ganz at the helm picked up right where he left off from last season. This should be an exciting year as the spirit of Husker football returns to Nebraska. Dave Cushing
