UPDATE: 9/23/09
This morning at approximately 0717 hours Little Rock officers where advised that North Little Rock officers' had located Mr. Brock Skaggs in relation to the shooting on Scott Hamilton on September 19th.
Mr. Skaggs was located inside a LaQuinta Inn near McCain and Warden Rd.
He was arrested and charged with 3 cts of unlawful Discharge of a firearm from a vehicle.

Detectives are seeking information as to the location of Brock G. Skaggs, W/M, 10-26-80.
He has a last known address of 220 Rice Street
in Little Rock. He is described as being 5'9, 220lbs.
Skaggs is wanted in connection with the shooting that occurred on September 19th, 2009
on Scott Hamilton. He has been seen near Rodney Parham and Brookside.
He is considered armed and dangerous.
