Police Need Your Help
Pine Bluff Police Detectives want your help in locating Steven Anthony Bell (B/M, 6’1”, 190 lbs, Black hair, Brown eyes, approx. 39 yrs of age) in reference to the investigation of a 1st degree battery involving hit and run incident at Wal-Mart (5501 S Olive ) in Pine Bluff.
Store video surveillance cameras showed a vehicle, possibly driven by Steven Bell, drive at and strike a man as he was in the crosswalk entering the store, and then leave the scene.
The victim suffered a laceration to his head and a possible broken shoulder. He was transported to JRMC for treatment. The full extent of his injuries is unknown at this time.
The vehicle was a described as a tan late model Ford Contour or Escort with no tint on the windows and previous damage to the front right passenger door.
