Starting Monday, January 26th the freezing rain began to fall in Springdale,Arkansas. It continued throughout the day on Tuesday leaving a widespread area of devastation and power loss. As of Friday many residents are still without power, but crews are working diligently to try to get everyone back on. From the pictures I have been able to find that even in the destruction caused by the ice there are some areas of beauty and amusment to be found.
