I don't really think authorities are really trying to catch this guy. I see him atleast two times per week in Gurdon, Arkansas. They have had his pictures posted all over town and everyone knows who he is and he is wanted!!!

He also hangs out at a deer camp in rural Okolona and has said he is an undercover police officer.....

at 2:30am this morning...harvey the bloodhound battles and associate andy b. found deloch in the woods at a deer camp approximately 18 miles from gurdon. they did contact gurdon police department who are still waiting on clearance from
major andy shock. located mr deloch with a female and followed them to a deer camp in the woods.
wondering who this man works for...y is he really on most wanted list when he was found and not arrested...makes you wonder doesn't it.

thanks to the Major Andy shock and the US MARSHALL SERVICE and BLOODHOUND HARVEY GOT THIS PERSON OFF OF THE STREETS and he was arrested on I-630 westbound and main street in little rock today at 10:00a.m. thanks to Faulkner county and Major Andy.

I believe that this man has a good heart but i also believe that people make mistakes and the only way to correct the mistake is own up to it and get it corrected. Sometimes we wait so long to get things corrected and when we finally try to correct

a year. i only spoke to her once. his brother cussed me and threatened me but yet wouldn't meet me. and then i made contact with all of his exes and babies mommas and now i found him hid in a hunting cabin in the woods.
