Mr. Farrakhan is a level three-sex offender. He was convicted of Rape in 1998 of a 15-year-old female. He is delinquent with his Sex Offender Registration. His whereabouts are unknown at this time. He is known to frequent the local public libraries.

THIS IS WHAT IS WRONG NOW!!!! NO ONE THAT RAPES A CHILD OR ANYONE FOR THAT MATTER SHOULD BE ALLOWED BACK ON THE STREETS. IT IS SO FRUSTRATING TO SEE THESE PEOPLE HURTING OUR CHILDREN AND NOTHING HAPPENING TO THEM!! THEY SHOULD BE PUT TO DEATH!!!
